We've applied for the outland spousal sponsorship. I'm a Canadian citizen and my husband is an Indian citizen living in India. He plans on paying it fully, but we just wanted to know if it should be fully paid before he comes or if we can continue paying it even after he's moved here.
My husband (the Principal Applicant) has a student loan in India, will this have any impact on our spousal application? Does it need to be paid off before he can come here? Will it come up in the background check?
