Does obtaining PR via PNP obligate anyhow PR status as we know? (See below)

I am very new here and I am trying to understand how the PNP works before I would make any steps towards to it. My question is for example if I am an individual and I was granted by Permanent Residency via Alberta's Provincial Nominee Program, can I either work or study or even live outside of the province where I was granted with Permanent Residency? Basically, does obtaining PR via PNP obligate anyhow the rights that comes with PR?:

To receive most social benefits that Canadian citizens receive, including health care coverage.
To live, work or study anywhere in Canada.
To apply for Canadian citizenship.
To protection under Canadian law and the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

Any answer would be highly appreciated.

Today is a major holiday in most of the world. People are probably out doing family events. Give it some time.

Did you try searching the forum? This question has been asked numerous times before (although I don't remember the exact answer and don't want to guess).

If you have plans to live in other parts of canada apart from alberta, technically you are not eligible for AINP. When federal govt eventually issues you a PR it is for whole of canada and not only for alberta, hope it makes sense.

There isn't a straight forward answer.

If you apply through one of the provinces, then you are supposed to make an attempt to establish yourself in that province. Having said that, if you try to establish yourself there for 6-8 months and can't, moving to another province won't be a problem.

There are people who have migrated through one of the provincial programs and then immediately moved to a different province. I wouldn't suggest doing this. CIC is aware this is happening and there have been talks about cracking down on this kind of behaviour (e.g. revoking PR status). So far they haven't - but they could start any day.

Are you going to take a job in Alberta first and then have HR move you to Toronto later? Or are you planning on taking a job in Ontario immediately.

If it's the first - then you're fine.

If it's the second - then none of us can tell you what will happen. Right now probably nothing. But if CIC decides to start cracking down on PNP fraud, you could have issues.

If you're migrating through PNP you're supposed to establish yourself in that province.

As far as I know there is no legal binding, but its morally wrong and its misrepresentation of the information you have shared with PNP office. All PNP asks your intention to stay in the province. I believe you should take decision wisely.

well my spouse live in ontario. We've been living apart for a year now.
My spounse is a canadian citizen and the only reason i didn't do spousal sponsership was i thought pnp would be fast and it ended me longer then we thought.
