Hi,

I have two questions, please:

1. Does my wife needs to be living in Canada or come to Canada at any moment to be considered accompanying and get her PR too?

2. What documents more will I have to give compared to non accompanying spouses? (PCC, passport and MEDICAL Exams)

Thanks in advance,

Thanks in advance,

1. No. Your spouse does not have to be in Canada.
2. Not much really. Your spouse has to go through the entire process including medical and PCCs regardless of whether they are accompanying or non-accompanying.

Actually, I was thinking... what about fingerprints and RCMP, will she have to do it?

Yes, she will need to give biometrics.

RCMP police check normally isn't required, even for in Canada applicants.
