Does CIC send any emails even the applicants get rejected?

Actually my visa offcie is Ottawa too, i just forgot to change it in my profile, so hope u heard soon from them

I have already sent my passport to Beijing Canada Visa Application Center for 4 weeks.... and i haven't got back my passport.

I saw on the forum that there is another applicant who sent PPT 1 day after me has already got the PPT back 3 days ago...........

I dunno what that means....

Shouldn't they send me an email after "decision made"? Because according to the HK time, they have finished their work for today by now. What i'm trying to say is that I thought they would send me an email within today..
