In one application for study visa i have a date for a work experience but for my express entry it will be actually another one, can this be a misrepresentation?

Should the express entry profile be consistent with previous applications in every way, i mean dates for work experiences, job titles?

does CIC keep your records if your earlier application was returned due to CAP full?

I had applied under 1123, but my application was returned, DD was not charged.
I'm planning to apply for Express Entry but under a different NOC.

Yes they do keep record in the GCMS/FOSS. During the eligibility step, they perform a GCMS/FOSS check to see if you have a previous application. That’s why if you had an UCI number in your previous application, that same UCI will be given in the new application

I applied under EE category in 2017 in Nova Scotia now the application returned bcose my job duties of my work experience was not.matching the noc. my previous employer is ready to help me with experience letter which defined the duties which current NOC asked for
Now.my question is does cic keep all the documents and if yes will.it be advisable to upload another set of experience letter under same noc

I was wondering whether CIC inquired about the date changes / inconsistency in work experience submitted?
Would also like to know if CIC cross verified the experience details given with the employer.

Hello I applied for visiting visa sometime in June 2016 unfortunately I was denied due to insufficient fund and lack of travel history(never been to any country outside my country home). I was also given a UCI no back then.
However in my current EE application I was asked to indicate my UCI in any previous application which I did. Now reading through your reply as regards retaining the same UCI no, I login to my profile and I noticed that I have been given a new UCI no.
Please could you explain what this implies? I am assuming that only data applicable to my EE is the current information provided.
I look forward to your response because I can't specifically remember some information(dates) used by me in 2016 application. Could this affect my application?
