does Canadian student visa has to be applied within one year of graduating?

My brother completed his B com. from India in April 2016 and started working under NOC level B from May. So, my question was, would there be any problem in applying for a Canadian student visa after gaining one year work experience in India after next year's May. Because I've heard that there shouldn't be a gap of more than one year from the last education. Please advise?

There is no such timeframe of when to apply for student visa, you can apply whenever you want. But there are some Universities who will check how much backlogs or errors ( subjects cleared after supplementary ).
