Does Applying from USA gets me fast Express Entry?

Hi Guys,
i am Indian citizen living in USA with H1b visa.If i apply for Express Entry from USA , Is it possible that i might get get quick acceptance in Express entry.

Or if i apply from India it would take same to get response

It's the same. You apply online with your personal details/passport/language tests/degree conversion.

There is no fast track.

why don't you go to Alaska & apply? Nearest state to Canada.

There toh you might not need to apply only, you can just hand over your documents in person to Canada Immigration dept, I doubt there is any other fast way available to process any application.
