I wonder what they will do with the many people that won't go through with the process. I'm sure that a lot of people threw their name in "just in case", and will change their minds if they actually won. Are they going to redraw a someone to take their spot? Probably not.

There should be more than 50K in the pool

A bit over 2MM forms filled online, now expecting close to 85% invalid or ineligible forms.
Final target 2.1 MM forms, lower than the 2.5 MM estimated at the beginning of the month.
