We’ll update this page as more DLIs are approved by their province or territory to reopen to international students who aren’t currently in Canada. If your DLI isn’t on the list yet, check back regularly to see if it’s been added. Any DLI that no longer meets its provincial or territorial public health requirements will be removed.
I wonder how often would they update the list....

No McGill, no University of Montreal, no Concordia. Wtf.
Exactly, I'm waiting for Concordia..
It says on the first line of DLIs that "If you have been issued a Certificat d’acceptation du Québec (CAQ) to attend a post-secondary institution in Quebec, your institution is designated.". I know that Concordia is already a DLI, BUT DOES IT HAVE A READINESS PLAN..
Guess we'll have to wait for the university to post smth.
I have been issued a CAQ but does that mean I can go to Concordia? God knows.

Bishop's is the only Quebec university on the list. It's next door to Sherbrooke which is not on the DLI list. Estrie has been moderately affected by covid but Sherbrooke has very very few infections compared to Montreal now or in Spring. It is very bizarre. Bishop's has about the most comprehensive covid ready plan you could write and there have been no infections on their campus (though Champlain college a CEGEP next door had a handful in September).

My opinion is that if anyone here has a study permit and their Dli is on the list good for you you should gather things faster and travel ,those whose Dlis ate not on the list and they have not received their study permit, we just have to pray that when we receive our permits our schools would have been approved

I believe all of these (McGill, University of Montreal, and Concordia) are on the list. For some reason, they do not seem to be on the list in the English version of the website but they are on the list in the French version. Please recheck.
Yeah, I think that's the case. Why is it not updated in the English version of the site tho?

Guys, I wonder one thing. I applied in October and for the Winter term. As I know they won't issue me the AIP right? I think they won't use the two-stage approval mechanism anymore?
