Does an overstay of 2 days in Canada on my previous visit mean that I will have lost my eTA?

It's possible that I stayed 2 days too long after being there for 6 months.
I returned home 2 years ago if that makes any difference.
I can't check my eTA status.

I didn't inform anyone of the overstay as I was not even aware that I may be overstaying.
