I have been qualified in the initial assesment, now i need to submit the supporting documents? can any one let me know that what are included in the supporting documents?? Is it necessary to send the copy of application?? I forgot to make the copy of my application, what should I do??

its ok to fill up a new form to submit to your visa office.

read the AOR it has the instructions on where to find the list of documents to submit.

They should be listed on your visa office specific Appendix A.
