Two Questions.

1) I got an email from CPC- titled "Ready For Visa "
Is it PPR?

My email contains

STEP 3: SUBMITTING DOCUMENTS If you and your dependants reside in Canada
How to Send your Documents to the Case Processing Center – Ottawa (CPC-O)
Please note that CPC-Ottawa does not send out passports outside of North America.
------------
But there is no document specification. Neither am I asked even a photo. So What documents I need to submit with my passport.

If you are in Canada and sending your PP to Ottawa you need not to send any photo
