It varies on case to case. some time people get their PR in 8-10 months and sometime it take more than 13 months.

I received the PPR mail on 1st Nov and replied them on 2nd Nov to change the VO to Delhi for stamping and waiting period started from then...and till now the status is same "WAITING" Not sure why they take this long to reply. :'(
