Hey,,


can any one let knw the process in bangalore uni to get the transcript done and what are the document we have to add in the envelop before sending to WES,

also do we have to add Academic Records Request Form in that envelop

You need from your college in a sealed envelope bearing your college logo

Your Degree copy - attested and signed by registrar
Your mark sheets copy - attested and signed by registrar

This your college has to send to WES or you can send it yourself.

You also need to send a copy of the degree (plain copy).

Please mention your WES no very clearly on the envelope, and all the documents

The guidelines are different for different institutions. Once you make payment on WES site, you will get an email with a checklist which states what all documents needs to be sent and how. The email comes with the subject 'WES - Application Received (Automatic E-mail, Please do not reply) - Reference # (XXXXXX)'.

Having said that, the general guideline is stated below.

Arrange for the documents to be sent directly to WES by the university or autonomous college responsible for conducting the examinations.

If the document is given to you to forward to WES, it must be attested & dated and placed in an official sealed envelope that is signed or stamped across the back flap by the appropriate authentication officer at the university or autonomous college that conducted the examination. If the envelope has been opened or there is no stamp or signature across the back flap, the document will not be accepted by WES.

Academic Request Form is not mandatory. But in my case, I had got the University to keep it in the envelope, before they sealed and gave it to me to send WES.
