Kindly suggest if any more document is required apart from these

Birth Certificate
Proof of ties in Ontario

Yes, you need to send a letter which states your intention to reside in Ontario. Generally this is combined with 'Ties in Ontario'. So you club these two as 'Statement of Intention to Reside in Ontario' as part of your OINP Application.sm2016 said:Is there any document like Ontario Settlement plan that is to be sent ..Kindly let me know asap.

Yes, you are correct, it is not stated explicitly, so you are fine for now. But you can keep it ready for the near future, in case they ask for it since the Application Guide states 'Officers assessing the application may request additional documents that are not listed among the supporting documents below if they deem that these documents are necessary to assess the application. Failure to provide the additional documents in the timelines requested by the officers will result in the denial of the application.'maged_mmh said:it's not mentioned that it is required
I have it available, but they sure will not consider the application incomplete because of something they didn't ask for, right?Stanlee said:Yes, you are correct, it is not stated explicitly, so you are fine for now. Logically speaking, the application cannot be deemed incomplete if you have provided all the documents that they have asked for as per the Application Guide.maged_mmh said:I have it available, but they sure will not consider the application incomplete because of something they didn't ask for, right?
My wife's passport has my name but in ArabicStanlee said:Logically speaking, the application cannot be deemed incomplete if you have provided all the documents that they have asked for as per the Application Guide.
I have couple of questions
1) Does your passport have your spouse's name?
2) Have you submitted any other documents which shows your spouse's name?
Kids BC is required. Ensure, if you haven't, please mail it to them with reference to your file no.maged_mmh said:My wife's passport has my name but in Arabic
Not sure I submitted my kid's birth certificate, if it was required I must have, but not sure it was required in the docs
are you sure they're required for OINP?CanadaWeCome said:Kids BC is required. Ensure, if you haven't, please mail it to them with reference to your file no.
The Application Guide only talks about the birth certificate of the primary/main applicant. For dependents, you just need to provide a copy of their passport bio and personal information pages. You can refer to section 3.6 in the Application Guide.maged_mmh said:are you sure they're required for OINP?
