Hello I’m from India. I just wanted to know for WES should i send transcripts or attestion documents. I have done my Bachelors and Masters.

You will have to send transcripts. Contact your university and request for transcripts at the same time, create an account in WES.
Hello Niddhi,
In my case, I have sent certified copies of:
- High school end of studies certificate
- High school end of studies grades transcript
For each academic year at university, certified copies of:
- grades transcript
- certificate of achievement
And of course the certified copy of your diploma(s).
I also recommend that you download the pdf from the WES and have your university administration fill in all the necessary information ( after you fill in your part of course)
