document checklist - q4 receipt

Hey everyone,

I paid all of the fees online for Outland Spousal Sponsorship, but the receipt doesn't show details (no words as to what it is for). Am I required to send anything else (imm5401), or does the receipt with bar-code indicate all info to the government needs?

Let me know if this doesn't make sense. Thanks,

Hi Rick,

As per the guide:

Instructions

1) Go to Pay my fees online.
2) Follow the online instructions. At the end, click on the button to print the CIC official receipt with barcode. Print two copies.

Proof of payment
The receipt printed in step 2 of the instructions above will serve as your proof of payment.
Attach a copy of this receipt to your completed application. Keep the second copy of the receipt for your records.


The email PDF receipt with barcode is your proof of payment. Hope this helps.
