Document Checklist IMM 5491 #18 and 19 HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have my option C attached that showed the amount I made for #17 so thats all good. But I am trying to figure out what I need to have in regards to what it asks for in #18 It says proof of employment and/ or proof of income. I am currently unemployed as of 2 weeks ago cause i had to leave the country ..... SO I read through 18 and 19 and it seems like none of it applies to me??
SO confused? Do i need to provide pay stubs for the past 12 months?

18 and 19 not applicable to you.

For a spousal sponsorship, the rules are more flexible. If your income falls below LICO ( Lower income cut off ) the sponsorship will still be accepted as long as you are not collecting social assistance. That is the reason you need to submit your financial information to show that you are not receiving welfare from the Canadian Government.
