carl and dr. hasib i have not done MD i am an MBBS got experience in surgery .Do u think i should apply in 3111.I think one s who hve started doing MD come under this catagory.

You should apply in 3112. Make experience letter as per NOC description.

U will get 20 points. You will not get extra points from your 1 year PGT.

First AOR recieved thru consultant on 13th February 2010
Full document sent on 28th April 2010
2nd AOR recieved from Londo office on 15th May 2010

Till then waiting and waiting and waiting.

I applied from UAE thru consultant services in dubai.

My consultant were of view to get response from UK office by August 2010 but still none. I am a doctor

In online application tracking system it says...........review pending

m new here and its great to see all of u .....well can u plz help me ,,i want to apply 4 immigration i did my MBBS in2005 i have 4 year exprence including my house job my age is b/w 20-35 and my ielits score is reading 6 writing 6 speaking 6 listening 5.5...... my common law patner is HSc+1 year computer diploma that is 13 year of education and also did private B.A from sind university .........can any one tell me will it make sufficant points or i have to redo my IELTS ......also tell how do i improve my score..

So here is the reply
U have to apply to CIO, Canada at initial stage. U cant send your application package to your visa office at initial stage.
Now, while filling up your form u have to point out your "Visa office name" and u can not select the CIO in Sydney as your visa office. If you do, your application will be returned to you and you will need to reapply.
Now which one will be your visa office? this is the thing that i am not sure. ask it to O hcanadiana.

Thanks.I am still getting my doc. ready.I feel I will have to apply in delhi as i have been living in dubai for only 3 months.i was never lucky to get reply from Ohcanadiana.
Can you please tell meif we have to keep all contracts.I have only 2 contracts from my employers.I have updated ref. letters.Not every employer gives contract letter.what should i do.i have one contract from riyadh can i get it notarized in india.will lawyer there agree to notarize it.
One of the ref'letters I have to get updates.that person has left that hospital and joined naother one.Do i have to get it on hisold or new letter head.what if he doesn't have old letter day.
