Thanks Ambreens.
I think there are several factors to consider, ones expectations and background. The long term benefits of being a Canadian PR and Citizen out weigh the short to medium term suffering that many people get. Many people scrambling for Canada dont have really good home countries . There are several ways of looking at it.
1. God blessing you ( like what I have faith for ) and you practise as a doctor with a good pay and enjoy fully with your family.
2. Trading your Physician proffession for Canada PR and subsequent citizenship. Here you are looking at health benefits for your family, education, political stability and right to move to any country without Visa. Your trading your proffession bse you may never practise as a Physician ( unless things change or if you are extremely hard working). But you shall enjoy all other benefits.
Net working is the way to go. And the willingness to start humble with the hope of making it in the future. One thing about doctors is that we tend to trail behind other proffessions. We antagonise or fail to help each other. Its like we are competing amidst eachother. Yet we all want to survive. Lets hold eachother`s hands and move on. Lets give eachother workable tips for employment and passing exams.
Those who have the ability can explore the Australia option. AM told Sitting the AMC exam can eneble you practise as a Gp in Australia. Can some one throw light on this. YOu spend less but get your satisfaction
