First a First of all, thank you for your interest. Kids are 9 and 13. They live outside Canada with us. So our normal plan is when they turn 17, get prtd for h&c reasons. But my question is if they can get citizenship without those procedures according to new rules for minors.

They never need to stay in Canada even before the new rules to become Canada citizen as their dependants comply PR obligation
