HI ,

Do we need to notarize all documents for submitting OOPNP?

Please advise.

Thanks
Shyama

Yes ! It is better to notarize though it is not stated anywhere in the application guide.
Myself did the same.

Not required. Just get your education certificates notarised.

I was advised by my representative to have my and my spouse's educational mark sheets and degree certificates notarized.
But at the same time people have received AOR even with only submitting the documents as such. It all depends upon the visa officer who process your package.

IMO, go ahead and submit your docs as such. For educational credentials it is anyway now mandate for WES to send the ECA reports directly to OOPNP. If any additional docs or notarized docs are required, they will get back to you. For now you can have your effort and money to get docs notarized saved.

Thanks.

I have received Educational Cred from WES. Can i submit copy of that to OOPNP ?no where mentioned Original

All my education documents are in english, and i still need to get those documents to be notarized?

I have these documents, and do i needed to notarize all of them?

1. 10th & 12th grade certificates
2. Bachelor's Degree Certificate
3. Consolidated mark sheet (All semester 1 - 8)
4. Individual Semester mark sheets - Do i need to submit as wee?
5. Birth Certificate. I am going to translate them, and will get it translated by certified translator and get it notarized.
6. Work experience documents (offer letter, payslip, Employment reference letter, etc)
7. PCC does not need to notarized. right?
8. IELTS & WES does not need to notarized. right?

Any document that is translated needs notarization.

If not, then no need of notary.

They noted recently that you need to send originals for ECA (either sent directly or enclosed in an original envelope). I sent all notarized documents as a caution.

How about these two?

1.Consolidated mark sheet (All semester 1 - 8 )
2.Individual Semester mark sheets

In education section, do i need to upload them both or consolidated mark sheet is enough?

All info you can find in the OINP guide.

IMPORTANT: DOCUMENT TRANSLATION
If a supporting document is not in English or French, you must provide a copy of the document and a complete, certified translation of the document.
If you are applying from within Ontario, the translations must be completed by a certified translator accredited by the Association of Translators and Interpreters of Ontario (ATIO). For more information on certified translators in Ontario, visit http://www.atio.on.ca/
If you are applying from outside Ontario, the translation can be completed by any translator. However, the translation must be notarized. OINP reserves the right to require you to submit translations completed by a certified translator accredited by ATIO if the notarized translation is deemed insufficient by officers assessing the application.
Applications with translations that are not complete, certified or notarized are considered incomplete and will not be processed.
Translations that are completed by the applicant, the applicant’s representative, or other individuals with personal ties to the applicant are not acceptable in any case even if these individuals are certified translators.

Just get your explanation letters (if any) publicly notarized. Additionally if your including any acknowledgement for proof of funds, get it notarized too. :D

guys

question about true certified copy of diploma.

I'm waiting for a replacement of my Canadian diploma, which will take a few weeks!

But, I have transcript and confirmation of graduation with seal.

Can I use this first to submit application? And maybe supply a true certified copy of diploma later if they request?
