Need your help- Senior Members

I landed during March-2011 with family, opened bank Account, got SIN and Health Card. I stayed for a month and returned to my work in MiddleEast. Spouce stayed for 4 months, she also received UCB during her stay and then she went out of Canada, stopping UCB payments.

I need to know if we should file Tax Return as Non-Resident.

You became a resident for tax purposes and need to file a return to disclose that you are no longer resident (the residency time is 4 months).

So we need to use "non-residents and deemed residents" package?
