So we've compiled all our paperwork, and I think we're just about ready to submit the application! However, I wanted to run this by you guys and see if you can spot anything we're missing. This is a total list of everything we will be sending in - if something is missing that we should send, please let me know!

- Notes explaining oddities, such as my not having phone numbers for most of the apartments I lived in in Germany, and my not having applied to universities in Canada yet

- Notes explaining oddities, such as that why police certificate notes her citizenship as "German, Ukranian" despite no longer being a Ukranian citizen, that her father has disappeared and how nothing is known about him, her mother's remarriage, etc.
Relationship Documentation/Proof
- Documentation from the bank demonstrating that we opened a joint account in November 2011
- Bank statement printout showing that our joint account is now used for all monthly expenses as well as most household expenses
- Letter from a housing representative of our Studentenwohnheim noting that, despite not having our names on the same rental contract and living in separate "rooms", we do indeed live in the same apartment and have since April 2010
- Copies and translations of all rental contracts/extensions proving cohabitation from April 2010 till September 2012
- 32 photographs of us together, with members of my family and her family, at different times of the year, with different haircuts, and in our apartment
- 3 supporting letters from family stating that they know of the relationship and our cohabitation, and vouching for its authenticity, two of which are notarized
- Printouts of Facebook accounts showing our relationship status as well as the date we made that status public on Facebook
- Travel documents for a trip to Canada we took together in 2010
- Museum and travel tickets for a trip to Prague we took together in 2011
- 3 envelopes and postcards addressed to both of us at the same address
- E-mail records from January 2010 till October 2011
- Signed and notarized Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union
- Notes explaining how our relationship started and developed, and our plants for the future (including the names we've settled on for future children)
- Notes explaining oddities, such as the rental contracts (student housing is dealt with on a room-by-room basis, and we each rent one of the two rooms of our common apartment), varying relationship start dates (when the relationship started, when I moved in with her, when we moved into a new apartment together), rare e-mail communication (we live together, so rarely need to communicate over distances), etc.
