Do they keep track of previous records

Hi Everyone,
I am planning to send my 2nd application (my first was denied, i fall short of 2pts).
Do Buffalo office keep track of my old application documents? I am planning to
correct some data like personal history etc.. Do you think this will create conflict
to my new application.

Any idea? please comment.

Definitely! the whole system of PR card, Citizenship card is to keep track of things. Welcome to the new world order, one day you might get taxed for farting too much lol On a serious note: keep your story same
