I ordered gcms notes twice using name and contact details of a Canada-based friend of mine. first time, it came in 32 days. the second time it took 60+ days. there are indeed delays from IRCC, so don't be too quick to judge this third party - they may actually be telling the truth.

Btw this is not free. I had to pay $5 each time on the ATIP site.

I requested GCMS notes via ApplyGCMS on 5 June. It has now been 44 days since then and I have still not received GCMS notes. After 35 days, ApplyGCMS claimed it was IRCC delay. I have since asked ApplyGCMS to confirm when they submitted my GCMS request on my behalf (as I suspect they lost it because I didn't get a confirmation of submission as you are supposed to) and they are now ignoring my email.

If you apply for GCMS notes, steer clear of ApplyGCMS and use a more reputable company.

I will not recommend using Applygcms and if you do it will be at your own risk. They never reply to any of the messages and will truely acknowledge with the receipt of payment and that's it. Its a scam website and please be careful.

Did you get it now? can you update us if this is really a fake or it was just your case that they lost your form or something like that?

I have used getgcms and gcmsbuddy. It took 117 days and 105 days to release notes. I think when you apply from agency there are so many requests from same name which creates backlog from them. If one apply with some friend as representative then you they release within time limits.

You can contact IRCC ATIP using this email IRCC.ATIP-AIPRP.IRCC@cic.gc.ca

However, they will not provide you with information if you used a third party to request the Gcms Notes

You’re right, i emailed them but they didn’t provide me information. Idk what to do, its been 47 days now. I don’t have enough time and losing patience.

Did you receive a time extension email though? 60 day or 90 day extension?
