Do I need to print, sign and then scan the forms to "TR to PR" process?

Some forms allow you to type the name and some dont (ie imm0130e, imm 5406e), so I wonder if I should print, sign and scan the forms or not.

Please advise.

Also, we are asking our family the PR through my wife.

Should we send the form imm5476e (use of a representative)?

If we do, in this form, who would be the applicant? In principle it would be me, after all I am appointing her as my representative, but in the PR process she is the applicant, not me!

I noticed the same thing. The boxes you can sign in but the line to type your name out won't. The cursor comes up on mine but doesn't type anything. I'm thinking that it is just faulty :/
