Hey guys,

I applied under BC PNP Skills Immigration (SI) - Skilled Worker category and received my nomination letter. I am collecting the required documents to apply for PR through "Immigrate as a provincial nominee (paper process)".
I have an Associate's degree, a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree. Do I need to ECA all of my credentials or just the highest one which is my Master's Degree?

Sorry, I tried to find the answer through the forum but all related questions were about Express Entry and points system but my case is not.

Thank you, Rily,

I submitted my WES application for all of them as you adviced, but I just realized that the education assessment is not in the checklist of the paper application. You can find the checklist here:
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/application-forms-guides/application-package-provincial-nominees.html

and it has been mentioned, "Do not send documents that are not on the checklist".

So how should I send my credentials assessments?
Did you apply through the paper application?

You need to update in ur EE profile. WES will send electronic file directly to CIC. I'm pretty sure you need to summit ECA when you get ITA

I mentioned that, I don't have a EE profile and I don't have to create one because it's a different category, it's a paper process and ECA is not in the application checklist, but as you mentioned probably they rely on the electronic file that WES will send to CIC.

Does it mean that if a person has Canadian education at any level and a WES evaluation for an overseas degree, then the person will get points for both the credentials ?? Because in BC PNP education section there are extra points for EDUCATION CREDENTIAL EVALUATION TOO. But not sure if it has to be the highest degree or doesn't matter at all as long you have a ECA?
Does anyone know about BC PNP? My friend in Prince George is being offered a Noc C Job and he says it's a permanent job offer and says he is eligible for 'Entry level semi skilled category'. Has a canadian post secondary certificate and a WES bachelors evaluated. He got mixed answers for ECA points from experienced people.
