Do I need take IELTS test to apply provincial nominee semi skilled ?

I'm so confusseeeed . I'm planning to apply provincial nominee through semiskilled category . They ask my ability to speak English . I take English course in my country Indonesia . And I take placement test for esl in NAIT university in Edmonton to support my document . Is that enough ? Or should I take IELTS ? Thanks

Thx for your answer . So you think I still need take IELTS assesment ? Even I have english certificated course and ESL placement test to support my ability in english . ESL placement test is test that people do before take ESL course .
