So I am a bit confused on understanding the NOC fufillments.
I am a Network Engineer who will immigrate under that title, I have no college degree.
According to the NOC, this is what it says.
Can I become a PR with 2-3 years of in country experience, NOC code 2147, and no 4 year degree?

Now the fact that I have the experience to immigrate and I can preform the job, being that I don't have a University Degree yet does this mean that I don't qualify for the job? Or is this just a suggestion?Employment requirements
