I did my Bachelor's WES evaluation 2 years ago, and now I have earned Master's degree as well. So, for Express entry, do I have to again get evaluation for both Bachelor's and Master's, or should I only get master's degree evaluated?

But won't I get different ECA number, and in EE pool can we provided two ECAs?
When you receive ECA for your masters, update your profile with this new information.
You can use two ECAs if you selected two or more degrees/diploma, but in your case, the masters alone gives you more points than the multiple degree option.
