I applied Express Entry under CEC
18 March recieved ITA
16 April submitted all requirement documents (done medical test)
16 April recieved automated AOR
7 May mailed BOWP application base on automated AOR
18 May work permit got expired

Do I have chance to get my BOWP approved?

My PGWP expires in August I am going to apply for BOWP soon. What are the documents you had to submit for BOWP online application?

passport copies

Hey, I am still waiting, and I haven't get any news.....
I passed my case to an agent, she helped me to get ITA and AOR before my work permit expiring.
So she has my everything in hand, she applied BOWP for me, I didn't even know what did she attached into application package....
But I did medical and paid off everthing already.

Unfortunately you should expect your BOWP to be refused. CIC has now clarified that the automated AOR is not sufficient to apply for the BOWP.

Hopefully they open my file and send second ARO in two months.
