My husband is going to sponsor me and I am the principal applicant.
My husband and I have no children or any dependents and I am already in Canada.
My family is in Europe and they have no intentions to come to Canada.
I am already in Canada, so they also won't accompany me of course.
In the Checklist IMM 5533e it is written under SIGNATURES:

5) Additional Family Information (IMM 5406)
◻ Principal applicant
◻ All other family memebers of the principal applicant (including dependent children 18 years of age or older)

Do my family members have to sign this form or do just I and my husband have to sign it? Because he is also mentioned in the form.

Thank you very much in advance for your answer.

Thank you for the link you provided.
So this means my father, mother and sister who are not coming to Canada and I have listed in the form IMM 5406 do not have to sign this form, right?
Just I have to sign it?
Could you confirm that this is correct?
Thank you again in advance.

Family members
An applicant’s closest relatives, in the context of an application to IRCC. It is defined as a spouse or common-law partner, dependent children, and their dependent children.
Taken from CIC website (just for people who read the post and want to get an idea as what constitutes as family members).
The sponsor does not have to sign or fill this form. Only the principal applicant has to and every other dependent (spouse in this being those who are immigrating together being sponsored by a completely different family member) and dependent children 18 and above each have to fill their own copy and sign.

In your case since you dont have children, only the PA fills their own copy and signs. And No Your parents and sister dont need to sign the form.

So Should we just check or uncheck the box on checklist? I am saying that as if we need to show we review that (check the box even we do not have any family member as described by IRCC) or not necessary?

If you're referring only to the checklist, you can write N/A by hand in the final version (or leave blank as not relevant but I think it's a good idea to write N/A to indicate you have looked at that item and it is not relevant).
