Do both sponsor and applicant need to be representatives of each other? Do we need a form for each?

I'm within a hair's breadth of mailing my application off. My wife (the applicant) and I (the sponsor) live at the same address. I filled out the "use of a representative" form so that I can act as my wife's representative. Does she need to do the same thing for me? I don't really need her to reach out to IRCC on my behalf, but I thought someone said that living at the same address can cause issues if you aren't representatives of one-another or something?

Let me know. Thanks!

I'm excited to hear you're almost there. I do not believe that one's address has anything to do with representation.

Sounds good! It's helpful for me to be my wife's representative, but I don't really need her to represent me so yeah.

Thanks!
