i am thinking to book a seat and i am getting a seat via san franscisco is it ok because i am worried that may be there will problems for pakistanis but i am unaware of that please update and share ur experience should i take that flight or to change the route.....

don't do that unless you have USA vsa or a USA CCA Bording pass.
They won't allow you to get on the other\transit plane and send you back through the next flight to pakistan.

IF your route has been set by your airline, than it's fine.. For Example.
Qatar Air ways has two routes for reaching Toronto
1 - Lahore / Karachi >> Doha >> Frankfurt >> Washington >> Toronto
2 - Lahore / Karachi >> Doha >> London >> Montreal >> Toronto

Than it should be fine.. else, it's advisable to get Transit Visa first and than do your way.

It's very risky to go through Europe or the US without a transit visa. You can get away with going via London Heathrow but anything else is dangerous.
