In such cases...

1. Make a complaint with CIC... such DMPs should have their permit/s revoked.
2. Reach another DMP#, show copies of the med forms [I hope u kept one] & retake* your meds.

#This time go to one who's known to be sincere [do your research].
*The DMP can make fresh forms from their end. A new one from CIC isn't required.

@ Qorax, How do DMPs make fresh forms from their end?

I was planning to complain the DMP who conducted medicals for my daughter back home, she has to undergo medicals twice
1) He posted it at wrong address (I asked my family to call DMP when I received an email that mine and my wife's med are received but they are still waiting for my daughters)
2) second time he couriered meds and requested that recipient should pick up(do you expect them to come to DHL and pick up results, I don't).
I had a hot conversation with him when he asked to come for third time, but I spoke with DHL they asked me take senders details which I did and it is on its way to delivery now.

I will write to buffalo why my daughter's meds were late.

Dear all,

Based on my terrible experience dealing with my DMP (Dr. Chmiel @ Chicago), I just set up a thread to collect all other's experience with their DMPs. Respected Dr. Chmiel spent two months to post my medical result to Ottawa. In fact, so far, I haven't confirmed that he did post it. After a million phone calls, I finally held him and got that he would do that "tomorrow," which happened before I left the US. Recently, when one of my friends called him he said he was waiting for a ride to the post office, while my aunty called him again to try to get his confirmation but got that "all applicants' files will be posted in two to three weeks." As far as I know, someone who underwent the medical exam with him in May. I'm now out of the country and don't have any other solution to solve the current situation. I need your comments and help!!! Thanks a loooooooooooooot!

I am really worried.... When I request for an appointment with Dr. Weihong Zheng @ Needham/Boston, MA, I got appointment & e-mail with all detail. Did our medical on 9th June, I was mentioned for express delivery there are $25 charges, and I agreed to that. After that whenever I called to know the status, I was mentioned that they will call back. Yesterday I was mentioned that Dr. has family emergency & not reachable until next Monday. I hope I am not getting fake response like you....
I am thinking to wait till Monday & if I did not get positive response, I will visit Dr. office on Tuesday Morning.....
Do you guys has any other suggestions?

@ Qorax, I spoke with two different DMPs in my country concerning the topic above but I was told by the two of them that, they cannot do medicals without sighting the medical forms sent to me by my CHC. I just wanted to know from you if there's another way of obtaining the Med forms for them to carry out the medical process. Please bear in mind that I already have my CHC nod via e-mail to go for medicals for myself and my spouse. Although, I recently sent my baby's docs with new application forms and $150 CAD processing fee to my CHC but the e-mail for my medicals came into my mail box before i did that and I was thinking if I could get an extra copy of the medical forms for him to enable us do it once as a family than doing his own later when CHC sends his forms. what do you think I should do in this situation?

I do not know why your twin DMPs aren't forthcoming - but they have the 'blank' forms with them, as part of their DMP handbook & should be keen enough to do the job. In fact, many applicants have done so - some successfully got their PPRs too, w/out having the CHC's nod in the first place.

Couple of months back one such was in Trackitt - who got his meds done w/out being asked to - and fetched his PPR soon after... though it isn't the normal process. But,in your case, u have the VO's blessings - so, shouldn't have any issues. Try touching base with another DMP - that's what I can opine.

My wife and daughter are currently back home. I received the form in Canada, I obtained forms from internet sent them to my wife she printed them after punching all the details which were on VO form. Attached photos went to DMP and did medicals. It's not necessary directly speak with DMP not assistants if you can. If you need forms PM me with your email.

@Qorax, Thanks for your detailed analysis. I will meet with one of the DMPs as soon as my Med forms arrives from my CHC and would inform them about what you said and try to convince them to have my baby's medicals done along with mine and spouse. Thank you once again. God bless.

@ Qorax, Thanks for your contributions. I recieved an e-mail today from my CHC asking me to take my son to a DMP for his medicals within 60 days. So, i do not need to appeal to any DMP again as my chc has given her approval for my son's medicals. Thanks and God bless.
