Does he need his PR card though? That's the part that he seems to be a little concerned about since apparently she has it. :-\

As far as I've read she can get in trouble as well for fraud, as other members have said misrepresentation is a serious offence and now CIC is taking actions to revoke Citizenship or PR status for those who have committed fraud. I don't think anyone is going to tell you to keep lying if you're ever contacted.
 
i know you are right but sir ,if i admit that i made a mistake then i will lose this case and endup deported for sure.
admittance at this time would be like ending my life in canada.
i did not do this mistake on my own,they had some plan in their mind to let me do so.
my file was about spousal sponsorship.is employment is that much necessary?

Consult with a lawer. He can tell you how to win the case if CBSA starts investigation. He will give you the right decission whether you should admit the truth or not. Till now enjoy.

I think go to court is really a bad idea for all involved.
Once you lied about this job, his uncle gave you a fake letter and card to send to cic and she knew about it all.
The other thing that is intriging me is the work part on a family class (for me) is the least important, so why did they give you that advice?
maybe they wanted have you on their hand?!
It's really weird

I highly doubt CIC will spend the time, money and their resources to try to investigate whether you did or did not have a particular job at one point in your life. Your employment history does not effect in the case. If you had of put studying instead or whatever you were doing at that time, it would not have effected your approval.

And you need to look at the big picture. Your wife ALSO lied, and so did her uncle. My sister owns a business and I work for her. If she did me a favor by creating a fake document for my significant other (which she never would.) I would certainly not then turn around and backstab her by reporting her fraudulent document to immigration.

If she tries to use the fake document as a reason to "deport" you, she is unfortunately opening a huge can of worms and will ruin it for her whole family not just you. I'm sure she is smart enough to know that.

Goodluck. I would not get a lawyer unless you are contacted. There is no point in going there if there is no reason to.
