You have NOTHING to do unless or until CBSA contacts you. There is NO investigation ongoing and nobody has tried to take your PR away from you. And if they do, do NOT lie again as you'll just make matters worse. I really doubt CBSA will investigate this but if they do, contact a lawyer or consultant. Until then, live your life.

Does he need his PR card though? That's the part that he seems to be a little concerned about since apparently she has it. :-\

is fake buT IT COULD ONLY BE DONE WITH THE HELP OF MY WIFE.but still i stay that i have worked in this company ,all this is conspiracy against me.see my job letter,certificates and digital card.

As far as I've read she can get in trouble as well for fraud, as other members have said misrepresentation is a serious offence and now CIC is taking actions to revoke Citizenship or PR status for those who have committed fraud. I don't think anyone is going to tell you to keep lying if you're ever contacted.

I think go to court is really a bad idea for all involved.
Once you lied about this job, his uncle gave you a fake letter and card to send to cic and she knew about it all.
The other thing that is intriging me is the work part on a family class (for me) is the least important, so why did they give you that advice?
maybe they wanted have you on their hand?!

I highly doubt CIC will spend the time, money and their resources to try to investigate whether you did or did not have a particular job at one point in your life. Your employment history does not effect in the case. If you had of put studying instead or whatever you were doing at that time, it would not have effected your approval.

And you need to look at the big picture. Your wife ALSO lied, and so did her uncle. My sister owns a business and I work for her. If she did me a favor by creating a fake document for my significant other (which she never would.) I would certainly not then turn around and backstab her by reporting her fraudulent document to immigration.

If she tries to use the fake document as a reason to "deport" you, she is unfortunately opening a huge can of worms and will ruin it for her whole family not just you. I'm sure she is smart enough to know that.
