Divorced but no marriage certificate

I am from India and I got divorced recently. I had not registered marriage and i don't have the marriage certificate. But i have the court order(decree) for the divorce. Is divorce certificate sufficient for proof of marriage.

Can divorce judgement be used to get the marriage certificate.

You will not be able to get your marriage register as of now, but a court decree is better than any other proof. You can attach certified copy of court order with your application and write about non availability of marriage certificate.

There is form "Additional family information":

This also requires to fill the information such as spouse's current address, b'day, place of birth etc. Is this required to be filled by a divorced person as well.
