i divorce my wife in pakistan. my ex wife never came in canada and she nor be canadian resident(i never sponsor her). is it necessary to inform in canada about my dicorce in pakistan? if yes then where and who?

Not sure if I understand the question... Are you currently sponsoring somebody? If yes, then you need to list your divorce in the forms (and also provide a divorce certificate).

if you did not register your marriage in canada the 1st one .. and never sponsored ur first wife .. u dont need to list that ..

I disagree.

It doesn't matter if your marriage is registered in Canada or not. Any legal marriage anywhere in this world is valid in Canada and hence needs to be listed in any sort of application. If you don't do that it could be considered "misrepresentation" (if they find out that you were married in Pakistan, which they probably will during their background checks) which could get you into serious trouble. You are never supposed to lie to CIC (and omitting information is equal to lying).

I agree. For a marriage to be recognized as valid in Canada, it only needs to be legal where it occurred. It does not need to be "registered" in Canada. You have to list your divorce or it is misrepresentation.
