Hello , I am married with a 2 year old daughter. I have been living away from my spouse for 2 years. Although I had applied for divorce, the process is still going on and I haven’t officially got the divorce or custody. Now I am planning to apply for PR. I have got my educational report and ielts score. I want to enter into express entry pool. After getting my ITA, what documents are necessary? If I state spouse unaccompanying and want to sponsor for my child only, would that be a problem? If I can legally provide a document stating the explanation and also mentioning that I will not sponsor PR for my husband in the future, would that be considered? Please guide. Thanks in advance.
