If you have made up your mind on divorcing her, then why r you sponsoring her at the first place?scorpiogirl said:Hi I am married and have 2 children, I am currently working here in Canada and applied for permanent resident.. I can't believe u r asking this question so openly!!! U r basically telling me, "can I just sponsor my wife so she can immigrate here and once PR divorce her?" That is fraud!! And like other posters, it makes someone like me extremely angry because we all nor have to provide a mountain of information to prove the genuineness of our relationships...which can be very demanding and steessfull! And all that coz people like u abuse the system and make immigration officials suspicious of every marriage and cause us to be separated from our spouses for a long time! Ridiculous!!scorpiogirl said:Hi I am married and have 2 children, I am currently working here in Canada and applied for permanent resident.. What does it mean? Kindly tell lil more details. Wont it be considered as fraud?truesmile said:Trolling yes.
To the first reply, applicants with children don't get Condition 51. So if it's a real case then once landed, true to its name her and the children's residency would be "permanent".
