Hello Everyone i am new here.
i am looking for some advice
i am Canadian National (male)
2 years ago i got married from
back home (India) my spouse granted PR and she moved with me in Canada but we are separate now because since she moved to Canada her behavior changed a-lot she dnt want to live with me.every day she argue and fight with me
for no reason.
i believe she is interested in someone from back home and she want to get marry with that guy and want to bring him in Canada and she just used me to enter in canada so then she can get divorced from
me and marry that man to whom she like.

my Question is can her PR can be canceled or not if not then will she be able to bring someone into canada from her home country ?

please advice me what to do is there anyway if i can request Immigration to cancel her PR or i just give her divorce and move on ?

Thank you in Advance.

No, you can't cancel it now. She can sponsor a new spouse. Just get a divorce and move on.

Remember you are still responsible for her financially until your undertaking runs out.

U cannot "cancel" her PR. She is here for good. Unfortunately u are stuck in a 3 year sponsorship so hope she doesn't go on any social assistance cause u r on the hook to pay it back. Sorry your situation turned out that way.

She can’t sponsor a new spouse for 5 years. How soon after she got her PR did she separate from you?
Thank you for your replay.
she got her PR within 6 months and we were together in canada for 2 years. she is back home at the moment.
from last 2 months we are separate.
we traveled together to back home to see my family but there we had fight again nd she went to her parents home and i came back to canada.
from last 2 months we dont have any contact i even dont know if she is in canada now
or not.

So really there isn’t anything you can do. IRCC would see it as a marriage breakdown and there isn’t any further action from them required.
She still has 3ish years before she can sponsor a new spouse. If she remains outside Canada during that time, residency obligation comes into play. As KHO stated earlier, file for divorce (if that’s your intent) and move on.

This isn't an immigration matter - it's a family law matter. You would do best to speak with a family lawyer about your assets and the impact of the divorce.
