Diploma + Degree from Mumbai

Hi all,

I have also done 3 years' Diploma in Mech Engg from MSBTE and then got admission to 2nd year Bachelors in Mech Engg in Pune University.

So should I mention my Diploma while applying for ECA through WES? Will I get additional points for the Diploma?
