Difference in the COPR for me and my dependants

I just read the COPR carefully and noticed the following : Is it any problem or is it normal and no need to contact anyone?
I am a Pakistani currently living in Saudi Arabia.
In my COPR, in the PERSONAL DETAILS - PA section, COR is Pakistan. In the COPR for my dependants, it is COR : Saudi Arabia.

In the APPLICANT DETAILS section, Issued at is Riyadh in my COPR while it is London for my depentants. The same is for the visas stamped in the passports.


This is making me a bit confused, please advise and feedback if anyone has similar case.
