What us the difference between Rehabilitation Serious Criminality and Rehabilitation Criminality??? My hubby was sentence for assault 5 years ago in Sweden and Need to do the rehab app but I don't know what he falls under serious or just criminality!!
Where do I sent the app in to and how much dies it cost for the rehab app??

Please someone help.

See the definition in the following link:

My guess is that your husband's conviction likely fall under serious criminality.

cost wise it says to send cheque for 200.00 bucks but they could request up to another 800.00 if they have to investigate more . For where to send it i don't know . I can't find the address anywhere .

It's hard I don't understand anything on this application I don't know how to complete it :( everyone and web page are saying something different. London office doesn't have a phone number to call and ask questions on fees and other stuff.

Thank you Scylla and Taffy7.

Lina, just from personal experience, I would just pay the $1000 upfront rather than wait for them to ask you for more money. We've paid the additional $800 over 3 months ago, and are still waiting.

As for the rehab application, we decided to go with a lawyer to assist us because I didn't feel comfortable doing it on my own. it's not like doing a standard sponsorship application. Some of the things we had to provide were: 3 character references, court documents showing conviction, completion of sentence/ probation. Make sure that if there were fines to pay that they were paid at least 5 years ago.

It's been so long, that I can't remember everything. Hope this helps

Thank you patience09,
I will take your advice and do that pay the 1000 and if it's less they will refund my money. Yes you correct it is hard and a lot of work that is what we have in mind is a lawyer but it's hard and expensive so I will try on my own then if I need help I will get a lawyer involved.
