Difference between Job offer in PNP and AEO

Would you mind answering my 2 questions regarding PNP. Keeping in mind the fact that I wanna use PNP on point basis not work permit.

1). If I get PNP from a province on the basis of full time job offer, what's the basic difference between this job offer and AEO. Does this full time full time job offer need to be verified by HRSDC?

2). If I land in Canada on the basis of PNP, what will be my resident status at that time? If its permanent Residency than what's the difference between PR acquired by FSW and PNP? and how long it will take to get my PR card after landing?
