Didn't receive my letter of introduction

HELLO,

I applied for a new student permit from Saudi Arabia
I got my passport with a valid student visa until 2020 but I didn't receive any letter of introduction? ??

Is it normal?What I have to do??

I applied on 27 June at Jeddah..

Have you linked paper application on MyCIC portal? If you haven't follow these steps http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/steps-to-link-your-study-permit-paper-application-online-t428830.0.html

After linking the application go to your application and see if they uploaded the Letter of Introduction in the messages section.

If you can't find it there submit a case specific enquiry, they should send you an email with the LOI. However they can take a week or two to reply. https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx

Actually I can't find it and I tried to submit a case specific enquiry but they asked me about client ID UCI,and I don't have it.
I only have my stamped visa.

I sent an email to the embassy, I hope getting answer from them soon.
