didn't have experience letter

Hey Friends,

I am going to put my file soon for Express entry. I have 1.5 years of experience from India. Unfortunately I just have 1 year experience letter and missing 6 months experience letter from another company. I do have 6 months salary slips, offer letter. I don't have good relation with the company so, Company is not willing to provide me experience letter. Company has physical and online presence as well.

My question is "How can I justify myself for 6 months experience without having experience letter?"

It is not an issue of concern if you do not have an experience letter that also includes the 6 months work experience.You will be getting maximum points in your case for 1 year experience. 1.5 years will fetch you the same points too. For that matter even 2 yrs 11 months also fetches you the same points as 1 year.

You can explain this in the LOE.
