Did UPFRONT medical, should I email CIC now or wait till ME?

I did medical exam for my PNP stream already and the doc said it was submitted to CIC. So should I email CIC and add my medical result to my CEC application NOW, or wait till they send me ME letter? I am November applicant.

Which one is better? Any input appreciated... Thanks!!!

Might as well send it now, maybe you'll shave off a few days from further processing
